Overview

We are seeking a motivated and personable Salesperson/estimator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting our products and services, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Duties

  • Actively identify and approach potential clients to promote our products and services
  • Must have experience in estimating for carpets and LVT
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages
  • Provide personalised advice and solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using our CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the client base

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and closing deals
  • Ability to adapt communication style to suit diverse client needs
  • Knowledge of our industry or related products is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
  • A valid driving licence is essential for visiting customers at different locations
