Salary: £32,000 per annum + tips (£3,000–£4,000 approx. per year)
Hours: 45 hours per week across 5 days (no split shifts)
Holidays: 28 days per year

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and driven Junior Sous Chef to join our small but talented brigade (Head Chef, Sous, Junior Sous, CDP, and Commis).

This is an ideal opportunity for:

  • An experienced Junior Sous Chef ready for a new challenge, or
  • A strong Chef de Partie looking to take the next step up
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience working with fresh, seasonal produce
  • Preferably classically trained
  • Solid knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
  • Confident in portion control, stock management, and occasionally placing supplier orders
  • A natural leader able to oversee and help train junior members of the team
