Retail Manager - Technology

We are currently recruiting for a people-focussed and experienced Retail Manager to join our welcoming and close-knit Harrods team within fifth-floor our Technology department. Leading on sales, commercial and operations activity, you'll inspire your division to make the impossible possible, exceeding expectations while nurturing talent across your teams. With a multi-million pound turnover to manage, you'll ensure exceptional levels of customer service.

About the Role

As the front-line ambassador of the leadership team, the Retail Manager brings a passion for technology that shines through in every interaction, effortlessly cultivating high-performing teams. Your natural ability to inspire and captivate your sales colleagues through compelling storytelling and a culture rich in continuous feedback sets the stage for success.

Your passion for technology retail, combined with an authentic and inclusive approach, creates an environment where everyone thrives. Your flair for working with data and insights drives your business to surpass performance targets and uphold exceptional operational standards.

About you

You'll have an exceptional track record in sales management and business planning, leading and supporting large teams to achieve success.
