Senior Recruitment Consultant

Portsmouth

We are looking for committed and competitive people to join our award-winning sales team. We are looking to hire hungry, and driven sales people or graduates who truly want to make a career for themselves and put themselves in a position where they can earn a life changing amount of money. We are breaking records, recently recording our best ever week, month and quarter. Making it 4 record quarters in a row. 

Verto specialises in Technical Sales, Engineering & Architecture recruitment across the UK, USA and Europe. We value people who are competitive and want to succeed and who aren't afraid to be curious and ask questions. We have built an efficient way of recruiting, with well-built and robust processes, so we will train you in the best way to recruit, with the most modern and greatest tools available.

We offer full training and support, all we need is someone with the attitude to build a long term career in sales and who is willing to work hard and be rewarded for it. We are paying a very good basic salary depending on your experience, with a realistic OTE of £55K in year one and £80K+ in year two, (we have multiple consultants doing this now), with our excellent commission scheme you can earn a lot more than this.
