Key Responsibilities:

Create, prepare, and present dishes while managing various sections of the kitchen

Coordinate service with the team, ensuring smooth and efficient operation

Handle ordering and maintain prep lists to ensure kitchen readiness

Support the Executive Chef & Head Chef in mentoring and inspiring junior chefs

Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to provide an outstanding guest experience

Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen, adhering to Food Safety and Health & Hygiene regulations
