At Bensons for Beds, we believe everyone deserves a great night's sleep—especially our customers. We're now looking for a friendly, solution-focused Customer Service Advisor on a 6 month temporary contract, ready to make every customer's experience as smooth as freshly laundered sheets.
Wake Up to Your Mission as a Customer Service AdvisorAs our new Customer Service Advisor, you'll be answering queries, resolving issues, and leaving every customer with a smile (and hopefully a better night's sleep). You'll act as the reassuring voice on the other end of the line or email inbox and play a vital part in our commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
What Will Get You Out of Bed Every Morning- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and online chat with positivity, patience, and efficiency.
- Resolving customer complaints with confidence and care, always striving for fast, first-time resolution and satisfaction.
- Updating customer records and logging all communication accurately, ensuring information is always up-to-date.
- Working collaboratively with teams across our business to find solutions and deliver the best experience possible.
- Staying alert to customer feedback, trends and issues, suggesting improvements that help us constantly improve our customer service.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or contact centre role is a plus—bonus points for retail or e-commerce know-how.
- Confidence using phone and email software, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Patience, empathy and an unflappable manner when dealing with queries and difficult situations.
- Good attention to detail when updating records and resolving issues.
- Problem-solving skills and a team mindset—you support your colleagues like the perfect mattress
- Ability to work flexibly and manage your workload independently.
