SEN Teaching Assistant

We're supporting a variety of mainstream schools, SEN settings and alternative provisions across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, and they're looking for Teaching Assistants to support their pupils.
The roles:
You'll be:
- Working with SEN pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Supporting students with learning, social skills and emotional regulation
- Helping to create a positive, safe and engaging learning environment
- Working full time, Monday–Friday, term time
- In roles that often have the potential to go permanent
No school experience? That's okay.
We're especially interested in people with transferable skills, such as:
- Youth work
- Sports coaching
- Care work / support work
- Mentoring
- Residential care
- Or any role where you've supported children, young people or vulnerable adults
If you're:
- Patient, resilient and empathetic
- A good communicator and team player
