As a Post Office Counter Clerk, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and managing daily transactions. This role requires strong cash handling skills and proficiency in computer operations, including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions efficiently, including cash handling and payment processing.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and assisting with various postal services.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure proper data entry into the system.
  • Utilize computer skills to manage office tasks and maintain organized files.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Uphold phone etiquette while handling customer calls and inquiries.
