Join our Adult Safeguarding team to support and protect vulnerable adults, promoting independence and ensuring safety through effective assessment and care management.

The Social Worker role will see you working within a multidisciplinary team, attending strategy meetings, developing care packages, and collaborating with various agencies.

Successful candidates, in addition to the relevant social work qualification, will have practical knowledge of safeguarding processes and strong communication and IT skills.
