Support Worker - Community Wellbeing and Independence Team

Pembrokeshire County Council presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about working in Social Care. Our Community Well-being and Independence Team has multiple vacancies for casual, full-time, and part-time permanent Support Worker positions. We are actively seeking support staff throughout central & South Pembrokeshire to join our dynamic team.
As a support worker, you will play a vital role in providing physical and emotional support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. By enabling them to remain independent, you will contribute to their overall well-being and enhance their quality of life.
No prior experience is necessary as we provide a comprehensive induction and training program. We welcome candidates with varied backgrounds who are eager to make a difference. If you have experience in the field, it's a bonus
We are committed to your professional development. As part of your role, you will have the opportunity to undertake the QCF Level 2 qualification and register as a domiciliary worker with Social Care Wales. Our team will provide the necessary support and guidance to help you achieve these milestones.
