This role is suited to a self-motivated sales professional who can hit the ground running, build strong relationships, and deliver impressive results. The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you'll take ownership of your regional territory (North of England & Scotland) developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and converting inbound leads to revenue. You'll also represent 3D Aesthetics at trade shows and company events, webinars, and client e-meetings, showcasing our innovative product range and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business across the North of England and Scotland through proactive outreach and networking
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from enquiry through to close, ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout
  • Convert inbound leads and deliver on agreed revenue and conversion KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong existing client relationships, focusing on cross-selling and up-selling
  • Plan and manage your territory efficiently, balancing new business activity with account management
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Zoho CRM experience desirable)
  • Attend trade shows, webinars, and company events to maximise brand exposure and sales opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and share insights with the wider sales team

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in a sales or business development role, ideally within capital equipment, aesthetics, medical or a related industry (preferred)
  • A driven, proactive self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organisation and territory management skills
  • Confident using CRM systems (Zoho CRM advantageous)
  • Willingness to travel as required across your territory (North England & Scotland)

Note: This role does not require frequent travel.

  • GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths
  • Location: We're focused on finding the right individual above all else. Whether you're based near our Head Office (CV23 9JP) or within the North of England or Scotland region, we're open to shaping the client communication methods to suit your strengths and experience.

Pay: £30,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
