We are seeking an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our established team in Edgbaston.

In this vital role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our foster carers and the children in their care receive exceptional support.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Recruiting and assessing prospective foster carers.
  • Supervising and supporting our existing foster carers and the children and young people placed with them.
  • Providing high-quality and professional services to support foster carers and their placements.
  • Completing all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently.

Essential Criteria:

  • Qualified Social Worker
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Current registration with the relevant social work regulatory body (e.g., Social Work England).
