We are currently recruiting a Resource Development Coordinator to join our Resource Development team.

This is a remote position, open to candidates based in the UK. The salary is circa £35,000 per annum, plus benefits.

About The Opportunity
The Resource Development Coordinator will play a critical role in the Resource Development team's efforts to grow private revenue through supporting fundraising operations, donor services and stewardship, team administrative functions, and internal and external communications.

Your Responsibilities

This Role Includes The Following Responsibilities
Development Operations

  • Accurately record incoming donations in Salesforce CRM and manage regular reconciliation with Finance department
  • Produce and coordinate timely acknowledgement letters and other relevant gift documentation
  • Execute data entry, cleanliness, and maintenance projects in Salesforce CRM
  • Generate donor and revenue reports and dashboards to support fundraising strategy and analysis

Donor Services and Stewardship

  • Assist with donor prospecting, research, and due diligence
  • Manage Relief International general inboxes and respond to donor queries or requests
  • Support donor stewardship efforts by conducting outreach to strategically identified donor segments

Team and Administrative Support

  • Coordinate procurement and expense processing on behalf Resource Development team
  • Schedule, coordinate agenda, and record notes for weekly Resource Development team meetings
  • Support building and maintenance of Resource Development team digital filing systems
  • Coordinate and support drafting of agenda and materials for recurring Support Team and All-Team global meetings
  • Support drafting and publishing updates and content for internal audiences
  • Provide other administrative or project coordination support as needed

About You
You will bring the following experience and skills:

  • Progressive experience working in operational and administrative roles, preferably within nonprofit and/or fundraising environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (e.g. Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Prior experience with CRMs (e.g. Salesforce) and fundraising software (e.g. DonorSearch) preferred but not required.
  • Experience building excellent relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders, delivering "best-in-class" customer service.
  • Experience collaborating positively to achieve shared goals and strong results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify needs and respond flexibly to changing circumstances.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for the organization's mission and a deep commitment to driving positive change through fundraising efforts.
