Fring Estate is a growing premium rural destination offering luxury holiday houses set within beautiful North Norfolk parkland. We are looking for a highly commercial, digitally confident hospitality leader to take full responsibility for the performance, brand, and guest experience of our expanding visitor business.

In this senior role, you will drive revenue, lead marketing and digital growth, oversee guest experience, and manage the operational and property standards of all accommodation. You'll develop pricing strategies, build the brand, lead the team, and help shape the long-term hospitality vision of the estate.

Ideal for candidates who are: commercially minded, strong digital marketers, operationally excellent, and experienced in boutique accommodation or destination hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial strategy, revenue management, and budgeting
  • Grow direct bookings and digital performance across website & social
  • Oversee guest experience standards and service delivery
  • Manage and support hospitality staff, maintenance teams, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with all H&S and holiday-let regulations
  • Support future development of new hospitality products and experiences

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years in senior hospitality or holiday-letting management
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and improve margins
  • Hands-on marketing and digital experience
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a rural, fast-growing environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to £55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
