Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised Lettings Manager to oversee the rental process for our property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relations, coordinating viewings, and ensuring smooth operations across all lettings activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team within the property management sector, delivering exceptional service to clients and tenants alike.

Duties

  • Manage the end-to-end lettings process, including marketing available properties and conducting viewings.
  • Liaise with prospective tenants to answer queries and facilitate applications.
  • Coordinate tenancy agreements, renewals, and related documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities and tenant information.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties and address any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise occupancy rates and maximise rental income.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and external agencies to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with current legislation affecting lettings and ensure compliance at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience within property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse client base.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal regulations governing lettings is advantageous.
  • A professional approach coupled with high attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
  • Full driving licence required - a company car is available to attend viewings, inspections etc.
