What will you be doing?
As a key member of our operations team and reporting to the Planning Supervisor, the Operations Coordinator will work with our job planning system to contact and confirm active jobs with various clients via the phone and/or email.
You will:
- Working with our job planning system to contact and confirm active jobs with various clients across email and telephone.
- Working with the wider team and other internal teams (and field based staff such as Engineers) to prioritise and organise workload when required.
- Prepare and format client-facing updates and schedules.
Ensuring all communication and documentation is logged in the system. - Distribute information to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure customer service is kept to a high standard.
- Send out labels and other materials to Engineers when required.
- Accommodate additional administration, coordination and customer service tasks as required.
As part of our team, you will get:

To join our team, you will need:
- Previous experience in an administration, phone based or customer service role
- Strong IT skills and the ability to use Microsoft packages confidently
- Have excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to working
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers
- Have lots of enthusiasm to consistently deliver a refreshing customer experience
