Overview

Bloom Partners is hiring a full-time Sales Associate (Entry Level) to join our Birmingham team in the Jewellery Quarter.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in sales, business development, and client relations. You'll receive full training, professional mentoring, and clear opportunities to progress into senior positions as your experience grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and present products or services professionally.
  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Contribute to team and individual sales targets.
  • Develop communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and coaching.
  • Track progress and report results to support ongoing development.

Training and Development

All new team members complete a structured induction and development programme designed to build confidence and skill.

You'll receive:

  • One-to-one mentorship from experienced managers.

About You

Previous experience in sales is not required. We welcome applicants from retail, hospitality, customer service, or other people-focused backgrounds who want to transition into a professional business environment.
