About the Role
As Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dishes that delight our guests and reflect our commitment to fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You'll support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen, inspiring the team, and maintaining the highest culinary standards.
Our menu is a celebration of seasonality and creativity — and we're looking for someone who can inject every plate with flair and purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day management and operation of the kitchen.
- Lead by example to motivate and develop the kitchen team, ensuring smooth service and a positive working environment.
- Maintain impeccable food quality, presentation, and consistency across all dishes.
- Contribute to menu planning, innovation, and special promotions that showcase local and seasonal ingredients.
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and waste management in line with budget and sustainability goals.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Manage preparation schedules and delegate effectively to meet service demands.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior chefs to support professional growth and maintain team excellence.
- Collaborate closely with front-of-house colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences.
About You

Essential qualities:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a busy, quality-led kitchen.

- A calm, can-do attitude with the ability to inspire others.
