The role

We're looking for an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional guest experience. You must have a genuine passion for hospitality, a friendly demeanour, and take a proactive, hands-on approach to customer service. All our receptionists are involved in various aspects of hotel operations, from managing reservations and handling guest inquiries to coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. We'll support you in developing your skills and becoming a key member of our team.

About Us

Rose Pubs Group was founded with the purchase of the 'The Rose Public House' in South London. With the tried and tested method of hoping for the best we now have a collection of pubs, bars, music venues and hotels across London. 

Camden Town Hotel

Opposite London's Roundhouse Theatre, our new property is perfectly situated within walking distance of Camden Market and Primrose Hill (both less than 10 minutes away) and Hampstead Heath (20 minutes). Chalk Farm Underground station is just a one-minute walk away, and Kentish Town Overground station is a 20-minute walk.
