Annapurna HR have been engaged by a leading services firm to find a talented Employee Relations Executive to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving continuous improvement within a collaborative and high performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and case management support on disciplinary, grievance, capability, and industrial relations matters, including dispute prevention and resolution.
  • Prepare case documentation, drafting decisions, and recording accurate minutes of hearings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, unions, regional leaders and industry stakeholders to enhance engagement and collaboration.
  • Develop and update the Employee Handbook, ensuring compliance with current employment legislation.
  • Conduct research and analysis on employment law, health and safety, and well-being trends.
  • Develop and deliver IR-related content, training sessions, policies, and guidance to employers and union stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience working within and Employee Relations position with strong understanding of Employment Law.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to adapt style and approach to different audiences and learning needs.
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Committed to delivering responsive, high-quality service support to colleagues at all levels.
