We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our successful team of MINI sales professionals. As part of this energetic and driven team, you'll have the chance to work with one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving success.
Hours: 0830 – 1800 Monday – Friday & 9am to 5pm on Saturday with a set day off during the week.
Salary: £25,250 OTE £45,000 and a company car
Key Responsibilities You'll make sure that every customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how a MINI fits into their life. It's all about matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit. From financing to contracts, you'll aim for total customer satisfaction right through the process.
You will also be responsible for:
- Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping In regular contact with them about our products always maintaining a customer focused mindset.
- Prospecting new customers by telephone, looking after email contacts and walk-ins.
- Maintaining our state-of-the-art customer contact system with up to date and accurate records.
- Ensure product knowledge is kept up to date and relevant.
- Provide exceptional customer service which leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
- Operation of the full sales process from initial enquiry through to customer retention
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Sales Whizz: A minimum of 1 years experience within automotive sales.
- Customer-Centric: You put the customer at the heart of every transaction, ensuring they have the best experience possible.
