£71,000 – £78,000 + Bonus

This is an excellent opportunity to join a
leading national law firm
as a
Residential Development Associate
in their Birmingham office. You'll be working alongside a highly regarded team, advising some of the
UK's largest developers
on high-profile and complex transactions.
The Role
You'll gain exposure to a wide range of residential development work, including:
- Acquisitions, disposals, and exchanges of land and property
- Overage arrangements and secured lending
- Building licences and development agreements
- Development management agreements
- Institutional investment in the residential sector
- Investor acquisitions and disposals of residential portfolios
- Joint venture structuring (with support from corporate/tax colleagues)
- Procurement and public subsidy matters (with support from public law specialists)
