Residential Development Associate – Top 100 Law Firm | Birmingham | Hybrid Working

Salary:
£71,000 – £78,000 + Bonus

PQE:
1–4 Years

Hybrid:
2–3 Days in the Office

This is an excellent opportunity to join a
leading national law firm
as a
Residential Development Associate
in their Birmingham office. You'll be working alongside a highly regarded team, advising some of the
UK's largest developers
on high-profile and complex transactions.

The Role

You'll gain exposure to a wide range of residential development work, including:

  • Acquisitions, disposals, and exchanges of land and property
  • Overage arrangements and secured lending
  • Building licences and development agreements
  • Development management agreements
  • Institutional investment in the residential sector
  • Investor acquisitions and disposals of residential portfolios
  • Joint venture structuring (with support from corporate/tax colleagues)
  • Procurement and public subsidy matters (with support from public law specialists)
