A well-established and highly approachable Birmingham law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their respected private family team. Known for their clear communication, supportive culture and strong reputation across the region, the firm offers a friendly, down-to-earth environment where solicitors can genuinely focus on clients.

The Role:

  • Manage a busy private family caseload (divorce, finances, child arrangements, domestic abuse)
  • Provide clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients
  • Work independently while contributing to a supportive team
  • Maintain strong client relationships and uphold the firm's approachable ethos
  • Support the continued growth and development of the Birmingham family department

About You:

  • Family Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
  • Confident managing a full private family caseload from day one
  • Strong communicator with a calm, client-first approach
  • Organised, efficient and able to work with autonomy
  • Professional, positive and collaborative team player

What Is On Offer:

  • Birmingham-based position
  • Standard working hours
  • One day remote per week after a 6-month probation
