Job Title: Head of Employee Relations & Employee Experience
Location: Leeds (Hybrid)
Salary: £75,000 per year
Working Hours: 37.5 per week
Service: Human Resources / Employee Experience
Qualifications Required: Proven experience in employee relations, engagement, company culture, and diversity & inclusion initiatives
Experience in Years Required: Extensive HR leadership experience
Employment Type: Permanent
The Role:
You will lead the strategy and execution of all programs that shape how employees are treated, supported, and engaged throughout their lifecycle. This includes overseeing employee relations, fostering a positive company culture, implementing engagement initiatives, and driving diversity & inclusion strategies across the organisation.
