The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for hiring across the EMEA region. While developing and maintaining strong relationships with Regional Managers, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on sourcing quality candidates.

Essential Functions

• Develop strong relationships with Regional Managers and other key internal stakeholders
• Work closely with managers on Resource Planning and identify potential requisitions before they become live, creating qualified candidate pipelines
• Source candidates through direct sources including social media, personal networks, headhunting, advertising, employee referrals and CV databases
• Champion and promote the Employee Referral scheme internally
• Maintain a strong personal network of pipeline candidates
• Screen, interview and shortlist candidates for hiring managers
• Feedback to candidates in a timely manner
• Meet or overachieve direct hiring targets
• Keep accurate and up to date records of candidates and interviews in the applicant tracking system and trackers
• Provide accurate reporting to the Recruitment & HR team
• Lead the requisition and offer approval processes
• Advise and coach internal stakeholders around recruitment best practices
• Maintain excellent levels of customer service, both with managers internally and candidates externally
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Education And Experience

• Proven experience of recruiting sales professionals across EMEA
• Experience of managing the recruitment process, and building business relationships remotely
• Previous experience of in-house / internal recruitment
• Experience of working for high-tech, international organizations. Ideally within IT Security
• PC literate with knowledge of MS Office applications as a minimum
• Excellent relationship management experience
• A proven track record of direct sourcing and candidate networking
