Our team of passionate engineers and architects constantly innovates and refines our solutions, equipping businesses with the cutting-edge technology they need to thrive in today's competitive landscape and deliver unparalleled ordering experiences.
Your Impact:
As the Head of Revenue Operations, you will lead our global RevOps function, playing a pivotal role in aligning and optimising our entire Go-To-Market engine—including sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships. You will design and execute strategies to streamline global operations, improve pricing and packaging, and ensure our GTM teams have the tools and insights they need to succeed in our high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our London or Madrid office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.
What you will do:
- Strategic Leadership & Vision (approx. 25%): Execute a global RevOps strategy aligned with company growth plans. Partner with leaders to drive revenue predictability, operational excellence, and scalable processes. You will also lead and mentor the RevOps and IS teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Systems & Tools Management (approx. 30%): Own and refine the end-to-end lead-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring process and data integrity across our GTM stack, including HubSpot as the core CRM and Planhat. You will also establish data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance across all GTM systems.
- Pricing, Packaging, and GTM Performance (approx. 20%): Lead our pricing and packaging strategy, partnering with Product, Sales, and Finance to design plans that drive growth and retention. You will build models to evaluate discounting and deal structures, and measure GTM performance using clear KPIs and dashboards.
- Revenue Enablement & Insights (approx. 15%): Partner with GTM leaders to streamline processes across the customer lifecycle, from lead generation to renewal and expansion. You will drive forecast accuracy, territory planning, and quota setting with data-driven insights.
- Global Team Support & Innovation (approx. 10%: Manage the operational challenges of a distributed global team and support local markets with tailored strategies while maintaining a centralized global structure. Design and execute an AI-powered strategy for our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program, collaborating closely with the Enterprise Sales team to automate account discovery and prioritization.
What you will bring:
- Core Experience: 8+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations role. You must have proven experience in a B2B SaaS company during a rapid growth phase (scaling from ~$50M to ~$250M ARR) and demonstrable experience supporting an enterprise sales motion globally.
- Technical Proficiency: A deep, practical understanding of how to apply the latest AI tools to sophisticated GTM motions. You must be an expert systems administrator with hands-on experience with HubSpot (Sales Hub) and experience with Planhat, Looker, and modern AI-native prospecting tools like 6sense, Demandbase, Clay, or Cognism.
- Problem-Solving: You are a data-driven strategist who can devise high-level strategy and is equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to build a workflow or debug a data issue. You can rally people around a clear vision and build pragmatic solutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical and data-centric concepts to a non-technical audience. You are a strong "consent" builder who can motivate people across departments to align on solutions.
