St Leger Homes is recruiting a Tenancy Sustainability Manager to join our Housing Services team.

About the Role
This is a key leadership position within Housing Services, responsible for managing a range of teams that deliver vital tenancy sustainability activities. You'll lead services that support tenants at risk of tenancy failure, and maximise rental income, while creating strong and vibrant communities. You will also play a key role in promoting respect and reducing stigma in social housing, ensuring our services are inclusive and supportive.
You will oversee the following teams Tenancy Support, Financial Inclusion, Income Management, Access Services, Mental Health Navigator Service and the Smoke-Free Service.
What we are looking for?
We're seeking an experienced leader who can inspire and manage diverse teams while driving performance and delivering high standards across all tenancy sustainability services. You'll provide positive, innovative leadership, ensuring your team is motivated and informed, and lead on welfare reform advice, benefits and financial inclusion strategies to maximise rental income. The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, the ability to develop new services and modernise existing ones and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation. Knowledge of housing services, welfare reform and financial inclusion is essential, along with the ability to manage performance and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
