Lettings Negotiator - Stourbridge - £32k OTE

My client is one of the leading Lettings and Estate Agency brands in the area with a solid reputation built up over many years. They are looking for a  Lettings Negotiator for maternity cover but this could potentially lead to a permanent position.  The role will be dealing with front end duties including enquiries from landlords and tenants, booking and carrying out viewings, tying up offers, dealing with applications, preparing move in files and all associated administration.  A modern and proactive brand who believe in providing their staff with a great work environment.

Lettings Negotiator Main Duties:

  • Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments
  • Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
  • Booking and attending viewings
  • Carrying out regular Landlord updates
  • Negotiating offers
  • Processing applications
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
