We’re looking for a motivated Property Sales Consultant (Estate Agent) to join our award-winning team. This is a fast-paced role with fantastic earning potential and clear opportunities for growth.

**Your day-to-day role**:

- Manage a portfolio of buyers and sellers.
- Conduct property viewings at client homes.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other agents.
- Handle negotiations and manage offers.
- Match clients with suitable properties.
- Keep the CRM system up to date.
- Communicate with clients regularly to keep them informed.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Excellent communicator; confident and clear in speech and writing.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused with a professional attitude.
- Skilled at negotiation and persuasion.
- Highly organised; able to manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail.
- Punctual and reliable; strong timekeeping skills.
- Tech-savvy; confident using CRM systems.
- Full UK driving licence, access to your own car, and valid business insurance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
