London, Greater London, United Kingdom Bob W. Full time

About Bob W
I'm Bob W, your friend in town. I take the guesswork out of travel, blending the best of both worlds: hotel-grade consistency, local character, and a few surprises only locals would know. Every apartment is fully carbon offset and set up in Europe's most interesting neighbourhoods, so you feel at home - just with better coffee and smarter tech. I'm building a new kind of stay: five-star comfort, local flair, and always a step ahead on sustainability. All you have to do is show up. I'll handle the rest.

The Role
We are looking for someone who brings positive energy and a can-do attitude to every task, whether working independently or as part of a team. As a
Hospitality Operations Specialist

This is a flexibly scheduled 7-day cover role with two days off per week. Standard hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, though shifts may rotate based on business needs. The role is primarily hands-on, with most time spent on-site, while some administrative work is also required and must be appropriately managed.

Please note that
visa sponsorship or relocation support is not offered for this role
.

  • Perform property inspections to proactively plan and execute maintenance works, ensuring our product maintains its high-quality standards.
  • Challenge conventional practices, pushing yourself and our teams to recognise best practices and identify opportunities for operational enhancements.
  • Establish, improve, and implement Bob's standard operating procedures.
  • Manage Health & Safety compliance within your assigned property.

Our 5-star candidate has/is:

  • Preferably, 1+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in apart-hotel or operations roles.
  • Passionate customer service-driven attitude for delivering world-class guest experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential operational issues proactively.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in London.

We offer:

  • Employee stock option plan.
  • Unlimited holidays.
  • Free nights and generous discounts at Bob W locations.
  • Voluntary Health Insurance.
  • Oliva mental well-being platform access.
  • Sports compensation.
  • Enhanced parental leave policies.

I'm not just running hotels; I'm changing how you travel. I've taken the best bits from hotels (think: reliability, service, all the essentials) and mixed them with the warmth and quirks of a real home. My spaces are designed for living, working, and unwinding—whether you're here for a night or a few months. Every detail's considered, every location feels like it's yours. This is your home in the city, minus the chores. This is Bob W.
