About The Company

Beaumont College supports special school leavers, including individuals with complex autism, social and emotional challenges, and learning difficulties. Our students communicate in a variety of ways – some with excellent language skills, others through alternative methods.

Our ethos is rooted in a multidisciplinary team approach, supporting young people to develop positive communication strategies that reduce or eliminate unhelpful behaviours. We believe in creating an environment where our students are heard, listened to, and understood.

As a student support worker, you'll be part of a small, dedicated team around each student, enabling and empowering them as they prepare for fulfilling adult lives.
