We are seeking a dynamic and vigilant Door Supervisor to join our security team in Wadebridge

This position is for weekends/ evenings with an immediate start .

Average hours between 8 to 12 hours a week

Must be reliable with good time keeping and able to commit to working weekends which is our busiest times.

As a key frontline presence, you will oversee entry and exit points, enforce security protocols, and provide exceptional customer service.

Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help maintain order, prevent incidents, and foster a positive atmosphere throughout the venue or facility.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a professional team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage access control by verifying identification
  • Enforce venue policies and procedures consistently while maintaining a friendly yet authoritative demeanor.
  • Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by coordinating with local authorities or emergency services when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain detailed logs of entries, exits, incidents, and shift activities for reporting purposes.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid SIA Licence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in customer service
