We are looking for an experienced and motivated Care Supervisor to join our domiciliary care team. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting care staff to excel, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the service
  • Complete assessments, reviews, and person-centred care plans
  • Carry out spot checks, observations, and staff supervisions
  • Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to care staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation in line with CQC standards
  • Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
  • Participate in the on-call rota when required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in domiciliary / home care (essential)
  • Level 2 and 3 Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate and support a team
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
  • Reliable, compassionate, and committed to high-quality care
