Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Factory Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidates will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the efficient production of goods. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Duties
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the movement of materials and products throughout the factory as required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective teamwork.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is advantageous for operating machinery.
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
