What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Programme Director, this Head of Transformation position will be a key role in delivering that transformation.

You will require a combination of strategic thinking, project management, change leadership and strong financial management. You will challenge current operating models and practices and generate meaningful analyses of cost drivers. As this role will form part of a small team, this role would be ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and excels at building relationships and influencing stakeholders throughout the organisation.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
  • Strategic thinker, with the ability to translate vision into plans and goals.
  • Experience optimising business processes and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Leadership experience and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to excel.
  • Experience in project management
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations management, project management, and data analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
