Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate at our flagship Selfridges. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales through relationship-building, and maintaining product knowledge. Daily tasks include assisting customers with product selection, managing inventory, handling transactions, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and presentation. The Sales Associate will also be tasked with achieving sales targets and contributing to a positive team environment.

• Sales Skills and the ability to achieve sales targets
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the luxury retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
