Who we are:

Who we're looking for:

You'll lead a talented team of event professionals, guiding them to deliver seamless, high-impact events that reflect our brand and exceed expectations. You'll take ownership of the overall event strategy, from planning to delivery, managing budgets and supplier relationships to ensure each event is both creative and commercially sound. You'll work closely with our Client Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to make sure our events don't just happen — they drive results, strengthen client relationships, and help us grow.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Management

  • Oversee team workload, priorities, and performance to ensure timely and highquality event delivery.
  • Set and monitor commercial targets and performance KPIs across the events

2. Event Delivery

  • Lead the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of client events, ensuring excellence at every stage.
  • Maintain responsibility for event budgets and profitability, including setting appropriate margins and pricing structures.
  • Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and to a consistently high standard.

3. Commercial & Financial Management

  • Oversee all event financials, ensuring clear reporting on spend, margins, and profitability.
  • Work with the Head of Client Success to provide analytics and insight on event performance.
  • Identify and implement new opportunities to grow event revenue and expand the service offering.

4. Sales Support & Marketing Collaboration

  • Partner with Account Managers to support event proposals and pitches, contributing creative and commercial input.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to enhance event positioning, communications, and collateral.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, helping to secure new event opportunities.

5. Supplier & Partner Management

  • Manage key supplier relationships to ensure quality, value, and reliability.
  • Negotiate favourable terms and maintain a preferred supplier list aligned with business standards.

6. Reporting & Internal Communications

  • Provide weekly updates to the Sales Team and monthly summaries for companywide communications (e.g., Town Hall).
  • Collate event data, success metrics, and case studies to share insights and demonstrate impact.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading an events team in a client-focused environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, set margins, and drive profitability.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Data-driven approach to reporting, analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexibly based on event demands

What we offer:

  • Competitive Salaries
  • Share Options
  • Annual Profit Share
  • Hybrid Working (agreed with your line manager and team)
  • 25 Days Holiday (plus Bank Holidays, 2 Wellness days, and Birthday)
  • Unlimited Volunteer Days
