A chance to join a leading Commercial and Infrastructure team working on the UK's most significant PFI/PPP and long-term service delivery projects. The work spans health, education, housing, defence, energy and transport. If you enjoy complex contracts and solving real operational issues, this role will suit you.

The Role

You'll advise on the full lifecycle of PFI/PPP projects. variations, contract management, operational challenges, expiry preparation and future delivery models. You'll work directly with major public and private sector clients and collaborate closely with specialists across construction, finance, corporate, real estate and regulatory. The team gives senior lawyers genuine responsibility while maintaining a supportive, steady environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support complex PFI/PPP and commercial projects
  • Advise on variations, contract interpretation and operational delivery
  • Guide clients through expiry and handback planning
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams on high-value matters
  • Support junior colleagues and contribute to team growth

What You Bring

  • 5+ PQE in Projects, Infrastructure or Commercial
  • Experience with PFI/PPP or similar long-term public-sector contracts
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills
  • Clear, practical communication and a commercial mindset
  • Confidence managing your own workload
