Senior Administrator
to join their Investment Client Accounting team within a leading financial services firm based in Edinburgh.
As a Senior Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Client Accounting function, ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative processes and contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience in a financial services environment who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Client Accounting team
- Assist with the preparation and processing of financial documentation
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve queries
- Support the team with reporting and data management tasks
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience within financial services is a must
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of client accounting processes is desirable but not essential
