About Us: Elite Skills & Fitness (Elite SF) has been a top provider of children's sports coaching for the past two years. We specialise in multi-sports holiday camps, breakfast and after school clubs, PE curriculum, pre schools and nurseries, birthday parties, 1-2-1 and semi - private coaching sessions. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Children's Sports Coach with 'big kid energy' who embraces the Elite SF culture and drive to be the best out there to join our team.

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to lead and manage our sports coaching sessions self employed. The ideal candidate will be confident, highly organised, reliable and passionate about working with children with 'big kid energy' This role offers a competitive, guaranteed income and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging multi-sport sessions during all coaching sessions.
• Provide 1-2-1 coaching tailored to individual children's needs and abilities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment where all children can thrive.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their children's progress.
• Maintain a relaxed, fun 'big kid energy' when possible and have fun with it.
• Manage session schedules and maintain accurate attendance records.
• Collaborate with the Director and staff to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Work with the head office with marketing and growth.
• Embrace the Elite SF culture and carry that with yourself on a day to day basis.
• Always try and go the extra mile to make sure Elite SF is delivering the best coaching out there.
• Reliability and consistency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous coaching or teaching experience, preferably with children.
• 'Big kid energy' and 'Teacher mode' alternating between the two.
• Always strives to make Elite SF the best out there
• Creating a positive environment for everyone involved.
• Radiate a positive attitude.
• Be able to manage behaviour and stay in control of sessions.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sessions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate children of all skill levels.
• A commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
• Full UK driver's licence and own vehicle
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Reliability and consistency.

Schedule:

• Term time, PE Curriculum, early bird club, preschool sessions and after school wraparound club (1 hour minimum lunch break).
• School Holidays, Holiday camp (30 minute lunch break).
• 1-2-1 coaching sessions, weekends and evenings (optional).
• Birthday parties on the weekend.
• Semi-private sessions mid week evenings (optional).
• Holiday to be taken in school holidays.
• Self-employed
