At Paragon Customer Communications, we bring together innovation, insight, and operational excellence to help organisations communicate more effectively. As we continue to evolve and streamline our finance function, we are looking for a
Change & Transformation Accountant
who is passionate about driving meaningful change and creating a future-ready finance environment.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the next chapter of our centralised finance model. You'll be the financial voice at the heart of transformation—bridging strategy, operations, and technology to ensure every change initiative is robust, well-controlled, and commercially impactful.

What you'll be doing

As our Change & Transformation Accountant, you will:

Champion Process & System Improvements

• Design and embed enhanced, technology-enabled financial processes across the centralised model.

• Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and standardisation.

• Ensure every process reflects strong controls, audit compliance, and operational efficiency.

• Present change initiatives to our Finance Risk & Change Control Board (FRCC).

Lead Transition & Change Activity

• Support the migration of activities into the centralised function.

• Assess and mitigate financial risks throughout transformation phases.

• Create and support training materials and process documentation.

Strengthen Risk & Controls

• Evaluate finance and non-finance risks and propose mitigation plans.

• Ensure transformation activities adhere to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement cycles.

Engage & Influence Stakeholders

• Work closely with operational teams, finance leaders, and cross-functional partners.

• Bring clarity to complex financial data, enabling confident decision-making.

• Act as a trusted financial adviser throughout change projects.

Key Collaborations

You'll work closely with:

• Heads of Overheads & Balance Sheet Accounting, and Revenue/COGS/Inventory

• Finance Managers (Revenue & Overheads)

• FP&A

• FRCC Board members

• Operational teams across Paragon

• Internal & external auditors

What you'll bring

Essential:

Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with 3+ years in transformation or change-focused roles

Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management

A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment

Desirable:

• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience with Power Apps

• Background in management accounting, analysis, business partnering, or project delivery

• Cross-functional experience

What success looks like

• Delivering and documenting impactful process improvements

• Enhancing control frameworks and financial governance

• Enabling scalable, future-proofed finance processes

• Strong stakeholder engagement and feedback

• Smooth and effective change implementation
