We are now looking for a Business Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to contribute to the smooth operation of a dynamic and fast-paced business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments, ensuring efficient day-to-day business operations.
- Manage documentation, project correspondence and reporting in line with company and client requirements.
- Support procurement, project management, and finance teams with data entry, tracking and coordination tasks.
- Handle client invoices, purchase orders, and work trackers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Coordinate security clearance processes and maintain compliance records for personnel and projects.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain excellent communication and workflow.
- Assist in preparing presentations, contracts, and project documentation.
- Support onboarding processes and HR-related administrative tasks when required.
- Carry out other daily administrative duties as needed to support project and business needs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Administrator, Project Administrator or similar role within oil and gas, renewable energy, offshore wind or construction industries.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of commercial and project documentation.
