Registered Nurse (Bank)
OBMAC Healthcare is looking for an exceptional Nurse to join our compassionate and established team of healthcare professionals in our Gillaroo Lodge Nursing Home, based in Larne.
This Nurse position is based in an impressive 25 bed care facility which boasts a fantastic reputation, a friendly and professional environment and is dedicated to providing exceptional care to all our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
You will work closely with a highly motivated team that focuses on providing a high standard of direct patient care.
To administer medications, treatments, and clinical procedures in line with best practice.
Keep clear and accurate records at all times
Collaborate with the resident/ family/ healthcare team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
Respond to emergencies and provide immediate interventions as required.
-Support and supervise care staff
Requirements:
RGN/RMN Qualification NMC Registration.
Have a compassionate and caring manner
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of emergency protocols, procedures, and equipment
Computer/IT knowledge
