The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Sales Advisor to join our flagship London store in Mayfair. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in premium retail, deliver exceptional service, and are excited by brand storytelling and growth.
Given our strong Middle Eastern client base, we highly welcome applicants with Arabic language skills, who can help us build even deeper, lasting customer relationships.
This is more than a sales role — it's an opportunity to become a Down Apparel Expert, receive extensive retail and product training, and be part of a business that is growing rapidly in the UK and globally.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering a first-class customer experience, from initial greeting to final purchase and aftercare
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, including clienteling and follow-up communication
- Achieving individual and store sales targets, KPIs and contributing to the store's overall success
- Confidently handling sales transactions, refunds, and daily till operations
- Supporting store social media activities, including content creation for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Actively encouraging customers to engage and share their experiences online
- Supporting with stock replenishment, merchandising and maintaining immaculate store standards
- Providing styling advice and light garment alterations as needed
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge, becoming an ambassador for the Bosideng brand
We'd Love to Hear from You if You:
- Have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a customer-focused, premium or luxury retail environment
- Are sales-driven and consistently meet or exceed targets and KPIs
- Bring energy, creativity and a strong commercial mindset to your work
- Are confident using or contributing to social media content
- Thrive in a fast-paced, growing business, where change is embraced and initiative is valued
- Are passionate about fashion, outerwear and performance design
- Take pride in maintaining high store standards and creating a welcoming customer environment
What We Offer
- Tiered commission structure, paid on achievement of KPIs
- Pro rata equivalent of 28 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)

Working Hours
16 hours per week, with weekend availability required.
Typical shift patterns:
- Monday–Saturday: 10:00–19:00 or 11:00–20:00
- Sunday: 09:30–18:30 (store trades 12:00–18:00)
