Peaple Talent have partnered with a growing MSP who are looking for a 2nd Line Engineer to join the team. This role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has strong troubleshooting skills, and likes working with a range of technologies.

The Role:

  • Provide phone, remote, and on-site support for Windows and macOS users
  • Log and manage IT support tickets, making sure problems are resolved quickly.
  • Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft 365, VoIP systems, Windows Server, and basic networking
  • Manage and prioritise multiple client requests effectively

The Candidate:

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft 365, VoIP, Windows Server, and Windows/macOS systems
  • Essential basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, general troubleshooting).
  • Ability to diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network issues.

The Package:

Base salary: up to £33,000
