About the Role
As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for supporting our Sales, Sales Support, and Aftersales teams, ensuring an efficient and seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support – Assist with processing contracts, maintaining accurate records, and handling customer documentation.
- Customer Communication – Provide timely updates to customers, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with the Sales, Sales Support, and Aftersales teams to ensure smooth transitions and top-tier service.
- Data Management – Keep internal systems updated, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
- Problem-Solving – Help resolve any administrative challenges efficiently and proactively.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative role (experience while ins't required is a bonus).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
