Your Role

We are looking to recruit a Salesforce Architect to join Capgemini Financial Services Digital Practice.

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. As a Salesforce Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Salesforce platform strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives and drives innovation. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization

  • Define and own the solution architecture for the Delegate Management System built on Salesforce Marketing Cloud ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles
  • Assess and design integration patterns across Salesforce Adobe and thirdparty vendor applications eg Poppulo Vevox
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Product Owners and business stakeholders translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Ensure architectural decisions align with client security compliance and regulatory standards
  • Develop architecture roadmaps for the PPCR estate ensuring future scalability interoperability and resilience
  • Produce architectural artefacts HLDs solution blueprints integration designs and ensure appropriate governance is followed.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams vendors and technology partners to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations to enhance the PPCR ecosystem

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a broad understanding of enterprise technology estates
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud ideally Salesforce Technical Architect level and its integration capabilities
  • Experience working with Adobe platforms and multivendor applications eg Poppulo Vevox or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver integration architectures across cloud and on premise systems.
  • Strong understanding of data flows API management and security models within large enterprises.
