Based within our
Speke
Store, you will receive

for Kingdom Security, whilst protecting and supporting the customer journey and shopping experience.

When:
We're looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP
Hours: On average up to 38 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Monday to Saturday 07:00am - 14:00pm, 14:00pm - 22:00pm,
07:00am - 15:00pm,
15:00am - 22:00pm & Sunday's 11:00am - 17:00pm.
Salary
:
£13.32 per hour.

About The Role

  • First point of contact for Kingdom Security officers in store.
  • Working closely with the local police and crime hubs gathering intel on prolific shoplifters in the area.
  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
  • Providing a visible deterrent within the store.
  • Reducing shrink/stock loss.
  • Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
  • Working as part of a team to fulfil customer requirements.
  • Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.

About You

  • A minimum of 12 months experience – preferably within Retail Security.
  • A valid DS SIA Licence.
  • Have the ability to manage conflict in a balanced and professional manner.
  • Knowledge and experience of A.S.C.O.N.E & PACE.
  • A full five-year checkable employment history.
  • Own transport required.
