Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our facilities. This position requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is highly desirable.

This role can be flexible in terms of hours for the right candidate. Key is the desire to commit to the role and deliver the outstanding standards our guests expect.

Additional service charge and gratuities share are paid through a Tronc account.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all rooms and guest areas are clean and presented to the highest standard
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
  • Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel setting
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining consistent high standards of cleanliness
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Proactive able to identify and address issues independently
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays
