About the Role
Full Time employed position A competitive remuneration package with structured career ladder based on performance and effort. Ongoing 1:1 weekly mentoring and professional development within the practice for 2 hours a week for staff In service training for the whole team an additional session every month for 4 hours from internal and external speakers Access to state of the art equipment, such as Shockwave therapy, Gait lab and rehabilitation studios for long term rehab opportunities Access to a team of supportive and experienced clinicians across the Back in Motion and Feet in Motion foot clinics & gait lab Annual allowance £250 for professional development for external courses each year Access to our in house training courses for free, value of £4000 Develop skills in leadership, clinical reasoning, client management and delivery of care worth £2500 Learn how to run a health business from global mentors should this interest you Company Pension available to all employed staff
